Search for 'Google Business Profiles'. They verify your identity when you fill out the forms. It does require a physical business address.

That's what I thought too, but isn't that for physical businesses only?

This worked for me anyway.

Sign in to Google then visit [profile.google.com ] and it redirected to my profile - including an edit button. Didn't know it existed before.

That google profile you linked to is for a physical business, a newspaper.

I've just found a newspaper that encourage its readers to follow it through "Google Discover".

Just googled "profile.google.com" and landed in WebmasterWorld... I've got the same question as 'jc': how do you create a Profile for Google Discover?

If I go to 'https://myaccount.google.com/personal-info', I do not find any section to create the Google Discover Profile.

This feature is not yet available in all countries.

It seems to be available in my country but apparently not for myself.

Also, apparently it's different from Google My Business from what I've seen.
