Hi, I have my wordpress website is setup on a dedicated server as follows;

- Intel Xeon Quad Core CPU
- (4 Cores/8 Threads)
- 32 GB DDR4 RAM
- 2x2TB RAID 1 Disk Space
- Unlimited Bandwidth
-Apache, Nginx with Redis
- Cpanel

This means im stuck with Http 1.1 as cpanel doesnt do http2 in the situation. (so my hosting tells me) they also say going to http2 with this setup wont gain anything speed or SEO -wise.
is this true and if not, am i better to goto Plesk so i can have http2 instead of http 1.1

Thanks

Try using Webmin instead of their Cpanel.

Personally I have found Plesk to be far superior to CPanel once learned.

YMMV!

Switching to HTTP/2 could definitely help with performance, especially for a WordPress site. If Plesk lets you enable it, it might be worth the move. I've found Plesk to be pretty user-friendly once you get the hang of it!

Or try LiteSpeed for QUIC and HTTP/3 - It's also much faster overall than Apache.
