Seeking advice on fixing SEO issues for website

Hello,

I’m looking for advice on improving the SEO performance of my website, <snip>. Despite following standard SEO practices, I've noticed a decline in organic traffic and rankings.

Here are some specific issues I’m encountering:

Declining keyword rankings: Several keywords that were previously performing well have dropped in ranking.
Indexing problems: Some pages are not being indexed by search engines.
On-page SEO discrepancies: I’m unsure if my title tags, meta descriptions, and headers are optimized correctly.
I’ve already tried updating content, optimizing for mobile, and improving site speed. What additional steps or strategies would you recommend to address these SEO issues and boost performance?

First two questions, how old is the site and is all the information exclusive and unique?

declining rankings
whos out ranking you - maybe theres some insights to be gained from analysing these pages/sites?
does each pages title tag start with the main target keyword? is it in the h1 etc
is the page topically relevant? analyse the page 1 competitors for the main keyword and be at least as good as those pages content. cover all of their topics and add any factoids.

Indexing problems
Are all your core pages in your mega menu? is the anchor text correct?
Do similar pages have canonical tags to centralised pages?
Are you using prev/next or numbered pagination?
Do all pages give good ux and are they unique and topically relevant?
Are you internally linking to your money pages from within 2ndary content?

sort this first! do your keyword research, group keywords into themes and sub themes, align with your pages, build a content plan to expand into untapped areas
