I have noticed that the GSC shows a quite different structure for the top linking sites for one of my basic sites, in comparison to Ahrefs or Semrush.

GSC shows that the top external sites that link to one of our domains is not direct websites, but different sites like 188.xxx.xxx.xxx, linking with thousands urls to many of our pages.

Checking further the structure of these links, it's obvious that they follow the same structure with our urls. So it comes to my mind, like these are server based urls, that somehow Google is considering them as external sites.
Any idea if they are affecting somehow our ranking or performance?
