First link priority on landing pages

Prioritize the main content before the sidebar and top bar navigation.

Still Google consider header links , sidebar& footer links as value for page or ignoring?

As per follow blog "https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.searchenginejournal.com/technical-seo/website-navigation/%3famp"

If we change our main content next to meta tags using css positioning it will help ?

header links

Are there outgoing external links at the top of the page?

In my opinion, such links could hurt google rankings and traffic for the page.

Landing pages are different from the "regular" pages of a site, they should not have all the navigation links you would have on a common page. These pages are intended to accomplish a goal and that purpose should be kept at the forefront when creating a landing page.

Get rid of superfluous content including unnecessary navigation and distracting links so that a person who clicks on your ad is landing on a page designed to accomplish one goal. Keep it lean and focused.

not2easy -- I've always thought that the term "landing page" meant the page the visitor landed on, regardless of where the vistor came from.

Yes, I knew that the term also has a specific meaning for clicks on ads, as you described, but didn't think of that when I read the question.

So I probably mis-understood the question.

But I would still like to know what "header links" are in this case.

You're right aristotle, it could mean either and it is not clear from the question. My response was related to advertising landing pages.
