No Index Follow - do links still count?

I just found I have a link to my site from a page on another site that has meta NOINDEX FOLLOW! Will my site still get the full value of the citation?

Yes. Bots are instructed here to not index the page containing the link, but to follow and value the link.

You also need to check the link itself to make sure that it doesn't have a nofollow tag within it:

<a href="URL" rel="nofollow">Anchor Text</a>
