Is there a tool to create the list to disavow domains and subdomains?

Hello I'm about to disavow a large amount of links, but instead I'd prefer to disavow domains and subdomains.

Is there a way to make that automatically (I mean convert those links to domains instead editing one by one by hand)?

I have been given this by a helpful member here (Thanks Selen) not long ago. [urltodomain.com...] hope this helps.

A generic search and replace method would work well too.

1) Remove http:// and https:// from beginning of URLs
2) Replace / with a tab
3) Copy/paste into a spreadsheet, with tab as the delimiter

The domains are in the first column. Remove duplicates if necessary.

Doing it more programatically or with regex would simplify it or make it more complicated depending on your viewpoint.
