New Google Bar Navigation - finally being rolled out

You remember all that on-again off-again experimentation with the Google home page navigation - the "Google Bar"? According to a new blog post from Google this evening, they've got the new design firmed up and will be rolling it out in the near future.

The new design retains many of the feature changes we made in November that proved popular, including a unified search box and Google+ sharing and notifications across Google. The biggest change is that we've replaced the drop-down Google menu with a consistent and expanded set of links running across the top of the page. [screenshot]

We'll be rolling out this new version of the Google bar over the next few weeks.

I can't load the article, all Google sites seem to be non-responsive right now ?

anyway, does the article mention rolling it out across ALL google properties at the same time?
