For sometime now Google has been reducing the importance of PR. Links dont seem to have the same punch as before. From all the discussions here, to coin a term "BrandRank", seems more prevelant than ever.
How does Google gauge a brand? What are the factors for becoming a brand in google eyes. Are they using anything off-line to help them? Are there levels of Brands?
