Website indexing stopped moving - how to increase it?

its been a month since i submitted my sitemap.
submitted URL is 106,000+ but web index is stuck at 20,191. What should i do to increase it?
Please advice

For starters, without even looking at specifics, I'd say get more good quality inbound links and concurrently increase the quality of your content.

PS - Assuming that the site you're asking about is the one you mention in this thread, you've probably described your main issue....

so redirecting it should increase web index? please advice. im having second thoughts not to redirect it since it is on the same domain .
