I've submitted re-inclusion requests in the past and it took between 5-10 days to get the standard response that someone at google has looked at it. This time, I submitted one on the 19th and still haven't heard anything.

Should I be more patient because of the holidays? I don't want to jump the gun and submit a fresh one. I'm paranoid they might have ignored it.

It contained fresh information related to a penalty that I needed to pass on.
