Additional "sublinks" in Google?

would like to know how sites can have "additional links" listed underneath their homepage in google.

When you search google for "Bank of America " you can see they have a "Contact Us" page, a "Sign In" page all listed there and more.

I'd like to do this with my company, any suggestions on how?

Thanks in advance!

As far as my knowledge goes, I think Google started this as a test program and they are doing this for bigger sites. There is no explicit way (not right now at least) to get your site to have sub links. Maybe someone else can confirm.

Google calls this "SiteLinks" and it's done by algorithm. So you are right - it's not something you can force to happen. Here's a reference thread on the topic, with links to even more discussion.
