Google has lost their battle against Epic Games in a jury trial.

It will be interesting to see how the single legislator decides on the earlier case, with the result not due until next year. They will however face regulation from European and UK legislators as well.
They will now have a huge income hole to fill, which can only come from advertising (I refuse to call it 'search') so things can only get worse, in the short term at least.
