Google has reported better than expected Q2 results, up 26% year-on-year of $32.7 billion, and net income of $3.2 billion, which includes the E.U. fine. Without the EU.fine it was $8.3 billion.

Other bets show an increase in income, but a larger loss, y-o-y.

"We delivered another quarter of very strong performance, with revenues of $32.7 billion, up 26% versus the second quarter of 2017 and 23% on a constant currency basis. Our investments are driving great experiences for users, strong results for advertisers, and new business opportunities for Google and Alphabet," said Ruth Porat, CFO of Alphabet and Google.

Wow - is this coincidence? Their overall 26% increase mirrors (+/- 2%) the %ge increase in click fraud that I have on two separate accounts!

Take G's fraud reports and an external 3rd party site reports and the difference between the two (with G reporting less fraud clicks of course) almost hits the nail on the head!

I know how they increase profits. They rip off publishers like me everyday.

"publishers" ?
I think you may have misspelled advertisers there..

You would THINK that THEIR success would boost OUR success, but it's the inverse.

Seeing as though they did "better than expected", I now understand the tiny traffic increase over the past few days...seems they loosen the clamp when they do good, and tighten it the rest of the time.

As they eat the web, it's only natural that they rise, others (most) fall. A few friends (good PR partners) are along for the good times. Meanwhile the web dies. Nice (for some).

I suspect that most of the ripping off happens at the publisher end. You should be directing your outrage at fellow publishers who, by stealing from Google and its advertisers, are ruining the business for everyone else.
