Google paid UK tax of Ł36.4m on a turnover of Ł1.03bn

Google announces it paid tax of Ł36.4m in the UK for the 12 months from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016 on a turnover of Ł1.03bn.

This compares with Ł46.2m for the previous 18 months, January 2014 to July 2015, when Google changed its tax structure.

Google's UK pre-tax profit rose from Ł110.7m to Ł148.2m for the year to June, 2016.

you can't even buy Gareth Bale's left leg for that.
you could add up Google's tax bill for the previous two years and you still couldn't afford his transfer fee

The UK Inland Revenue are so screwed up trying to squeeze every penny from small businesses tht they have little time to extract a fair share from the likes of Google.
