Youtube roasted by UK parliament

Youtube had a roasting today from MPs in the UK over its lack of moderation

Kent Walker, Google's vice president, came under quite harsh attack from the Commons culture, media and sport committee:

His remarks prompted one committee member, Paul Farrelly, to describe Walker's defence as "incredible" and to say: "Do you know how absurd you are sounding?" Another MP, Adam Price, went on to describe Walker's defence of his company as "deeply objectionable". He said: "It surely shows your system is completely inadequate. How can you defend that?"

Ouch is right.

It's painful when members of the Mother of Parliaments show how ignorant they are.

Sometimes I'm almost ashamed to be English - I'm almost always ashamed to be British ;)
