I found this Fortune article a bit more informative, and more entertaining than the recent Chicago Tribune article.

It was a good article. I expected it to be another negative point of view on Google as usual, but found that it was balanced and made me learn something.

Having read this, the only thing I care now, is how I can benefit by using this "chaos" strategy for my own business! Not very difficult, I guess, as for many small businesses, the line between structured chaos and real chaos is thin!
