Anonymous hackers have breached Freedom Hosting II, a popular Dark Web hosting provider, and have taken down 10,613 .onion sites. Since all websites were interconnected by Freedom Hosting II's underlying infrastructure, all sites have been defaced with the same message...

Over 50% of the sites that were hacked depicted abuse.

shouldn't they have install trojan horse, so that the FBI / Police could track and identify those running these sites, as well as users ?

That's not who Anonymous are though, that's not what they do. They enjoy autonomy because they do not work with any country's police.
