The above is a quote from the article and it's what I try to do every day. I mix working with activities like gym workouts, tennis/soccer games, jogging, shopping and so on. The truth is that, as freelancers this is maybe our greatest advantage and it would be a shame not to use it. For years I thought I was missing working in an office, regular hours and so on until I realized that most people who have that hate it. So I try to appreciate what I have (no regular schedule).
