Welcome to Webmasterworld jackery! Your English is not bad. I understood clearly what you asked and what you hope to achieve.
Besides the English being taught in your country you can access (I hope!) Project Gutenberg which has many texts available on English Grammar, Parts of Speech, Sentence Structure, Prose, and Slang, as well as Dictionaries and Vocabularies. These texts (in English) will be very useful to illustrate word usage and refine your knowledge.
By way of quick instruction, I have made a few basic corrections to your post.

Sentences should begin with a capital letter.
Names of people, languages, countries should begin with a capital letter (such names are called "proper nouns").
I agree with Tangor, your English is pretty good already, you just need to practice. If you wish to learn good grammar and punctuation, be sure to read older texts.
