Popout menu dissapears under flash object? why?

Just having a play with a .swf banner on a site and the popout menu from the left disapears under the banner.

Anyone know why it does that?

And what I can do about it?

I do believe this will fix that issue.

Add this Parameter to the Object Element.

<param name="wmode" value="transparent">

Add this Parameter to the Embed Element.

wmode="transparent"

Wonder why this isn't mentioned in the FAQs of these programs et all. I just needed it again today!
