Flash: save a .txt file using PHP script?

i have an online .SWF (freewebs.com)and i want to be able to save data to a .txt file.
i know dat i need a PHP script to do it...

so how can i do it? i dunno PHP =(

i need a PHP code example and also the Flash code example...
