I have been trying to gain followers on Instagram over the past year.

Recently when I goto
On PC the hashtag 'data' shows only 'Top posts'
On Mobile it shows both "Top posts" and "Recent posts"

This happens on every hashtag while I try when I am on a PC but not mobile.

Did they punish me?
