Did you get effected by the recent Google updates

Wanted to connect with the team on here and say hi as a new member!

According to Google Webmaster tools we recently saw an update to the way content is monitored. I wanted to reach out and ask if anyone noticed a difference to their organics, and if so positive or negative?

Likewise, did anyone notice changes nearing the end of November? Research suggests there was a few updates in the recent months, dubbed "Phantom". Any advice, ideas or thoughts?

Looking at [algoroo.com...] and [mozcast.com...] there doesn't seem to have been an algo update. Do you mean that you had a manual comment on your webmasters tool saying you got a penalty?

My websites have been pretty steady so far, slight decreases but I think it's just coincidental.

Interesting. Have you taken a peek at your search console? I see that algoroo has suggested an HTTPS update... My apologies if I am mixing up my terminology!

Hi

I too am new on here and started probably for the same reason. I saw a drop post December 14th in the search console despite Googles own line of may see an In crease
Still no idea what Is going on

We were affected. Traffic and ranking was affected.. What we were doing now is massive content and promotion to our blogs.
