It seems you might have mixed in a few gateways with third party processors in there ..

Yahoo is an electronic payment gateway that charges you between .5%-1.5% on top of what the merchant account provider (Cardservice or Chase/Paymentech) will charge you.

There are some processors out there - like Chase, Wells, Cardservice that cater mainly to US merchants, while Cardservice will also look at merchants not based in the United States if you have a US bank account, address, and phone number while being compatible with LinkPoint, Verisign's Payflow, Yahoo Payment Gateway, and Authorizenet.com.
