It's a practical tool so I'm posting it here.

[tldpricechanges.com ]

Other tools that I use:

NameBio.com - to track sales data. It used to be free. Now it limits results to 10, but you can dig deeper by entering searches that are a bit more specific.

Estibot.com - Valuations are and always have been a bit of a "Meh", just like GoDaddy's automated appraisals. The only utility of these 2 "tools" is to supply an idea of what may be feeding a prospective buyer's offers. Serious buyers don't get hung up on the automated valuations. Generally I don't use these tools for pricing except in the case of marginal (<$10K) domains.

DNJournal.com for current sales insights. FWIW, I don't trust any domain that likely was a bitcoin purchase since it's likely "too easy" to make/report a sale (proof shows bitcoin moving) and then, later, move the bitcoin around. YMMV. I stay away from .xyz, .ai, .io. Waaaay too many "reported" .xyz sales lead to cheesy looking websites that just sat there and sat there and sat there.

And, yes, the reports of my domain-demise are premature. I just flipped a .Org for . . . a nice chunk of change . . . and a handful of low level .Coms for . . restaurant owner "walk-around money". #ThoseWhoKnowKnow ;)
