Can someone recommend a service that can help us monetize parked domains? Preferably one (if it even exists) that is not going to charge us a monthly and only is looking to make money from the revenue generated. Thanks.

Tex - the first questions to addresss - before making a recommendation OR qualifying for "admission to" the top parking services are 1) "How many domains and how much traffic are the domains currently generating?" and, 2) "What is the nature of the traffic?" - such as "natural type-in" or "link traffic from defunct websites" or "PPC - as in pills, prn, casinos".
Domain parking has been dying a death of a 1,000 cuts. You might do better to spawn 1-page landers with "For Sale" signs (include a price) AND an affiliate link to a keyword relevant affiliate. You can block SE bots if you are concerned.
Off the cuff Fabulous may still be around and you may qualify. Not sure what the "admission standards" are for Uniregistry / InternetTraffic. After that there's a variety of small players that I've never tested. Years ago I parked with DomainSponsor but I never had great love for their business practices.
