Traffic value: unlikely. Ranking value: maybe, maybe not, it's very difficult to say.

I checked: 1 user in the past 18 months. And I have at least three links in there for that site.

Off-topic, I am old enough to remember Yahoo's web directory, simply by being listed there, was generating most of your traffic.

I thought link juice was devalued years ago for directories when everyone got rid of their reciprocal links pages. Then again 2 years ago (can't remember all the Google algo update names.)

Yes Dimitri, I remember Yahoo's Directory. It was a must at one time. When I tried to get in, they charged $300 per year, then quickly changed it to $300 per 6 months. This was for .com's so I started using .net and got in for free. I still use .net. It has its advantages.

In "my time", it was free to get listed at Yahoo's directory :))

Yes it eventually became free which upset those that had to pay.

In theory you can get rejected for a paid submission to BOTW but, while I admit to never paying much attention to that particular site, I've never heard of it happening. The categories I have looked at are moribund and not useful to and end-user, and it's difficult for me to believe that they offer any appreciable link juice.
