If you take the time to look back at the DMOZ / ODP threads in this forum you will see the guidance that responds to your question has remained constant: Submit your site and walk away.

Resubmitting does not appear to help.

Attempting to contact specific section mods doesn't help.

Reporting your difficulty, complaining, posting about your difficulties also doesn't help.

There are myriad explanations for the above. They don't matter. It's the advice that matters and it has been consistent - even coming from insiders, metas (DMOZ overlords), etc.

Submit once and walk away.

The only exception I might see to the 1x advice is if you significantly improved your site since your last submission, making the site an exceptional resource, but even that may not change anything. Still, if you've really improved the site - submit (perhaps with a note about material improvements, if possible) - and walk away.

I hope that does not mean you suggested your site more than once?
You do realize that in the terms and conditions you agreed to, you agreed to do it only once?
How do you think DMOZ (or any other directory) should treat those who do not abide by the guidelines that they agreed to?

DMOZ is probably the most difficult directory to get listed in. I have also submitted many websites but none of them get approval :(

Resubmitting does no good as it only adds to the editor's workload. Sound advice from Webwork.

The thought that being in Dmoz is worth 30 seconds of your time is 29 seconds wasted.
