Back in march I paid a yearly subscription to ms bcentral / submit it to get 10 url's listed in their directory.

In april I received, like all the other businesses listed in bCentral, an email saying that the submit it service will be discontinued but that the directory would still be live. They also said that from the 1st of April we would not be billed and that we would get a refund pro rata of the number of months that we had left (so that 11+ months for me).

This refund should have occured some time in April

However we're now end of August and I still haven't been refunded. I therefore wonder if I am an isolated case, or if this is something widespread?

Additionally, the bcentral directory seem completely gone from the ms site. I wonder where it went.

Has anyone been refunded? Does anyone know where the directory is?
