A friend of mine has his website listed in the Yahoo directory but he is not paying $299 a year. He does not know much about seo and thinks his old web buy got him listed a long time ago. (domain is 7 years old)

In the past, did Yahoo only chare a one-time fee for a listing? Will they ever review his listing and ask him to start paying $299 again?
