Greetings. I have a dating site based on the old and outdated osDate dating software that I haven't managed for several years. I have a fairly large membership now and I would like to move to the OxWall dating software while retaining my members, profiles, addresses, pics, etc. OxWall has a CSV file importer but it doesn't work well and there isn't any support for that tool. My question to this forum is there a tool for this? or how do I get the members (users) information from the osDate database and transfer it to the OxWall software while retaining the fields from Osdate. Many thanks in advance.

Hi Easee1 and welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]

Can you export your data in sql format? If so, you should be able to create a new database and import the data even if you can't use CSV format. Sorry to say, this question sounds more like one you could find the quick answer for from the proprietary help resources of those software suppliers.

It could be Monday before folks get back to catching up here, but I hope someone who's done something closer to your situation stops by.
