Hii Recently i transfered my website from .in to .com domain after 20 days of transfer i lost of all rankings, can you please guide me how i can recover my rankings back, please guide me as soon possible....

Well you have a new site now, maybe not the content, but the address (domain name) is new. That's what happened to your ranking.

If you had a Google Search Console account for the .in version, you could use the 'site move' tool as well as submit your new sitemap.xml.

You'll also need to re-verify your site. Do this with Bing and Yandex as well.
