I believe this would the appropriate place to post this...

I was wondering how to create a form that will allow a team member to input the new (updated info)into the text fields and when submitted, it will then update that info on the site..Since I am not great at explaining the idea, here is a quick image of what I am trying to get at.

I thought there was an image button to use but there isn't. Hopefully this doesnt violate the TOS..

With that said...You can get the idea of what I am trying to do..Person inputs the info and selects the file to upload (browse) and then when he hits submit, it uploads the file to the appropriate folder AND updates the page that holds this content, with the new updated info. Also, only one person would have access to this feature.

Any help would greatly appreciated as I have been wanting to do this for so long and finally gave up researching how to do it on my own..So here I am. THanks again guys!
