Dear Gurus,

I am desperately in need of your expertise and help here.

Some of my clients are having speed issues using my website which is on a load balance. About 5% out of 500 have been complaining about some slowness issue.

However, when i redirected them to use the admin server that is not on the load balancer it seems to work fine. The admin server have the same configuration as the webserver. I have spoken to the Engineers the hosting sites they say eveything seems to be working fine on there end.

I am running out of ideas could anyone help. The Database is running on oracle the site is programmed in C#.

-could this be a network issues
-could this be a load balance issue
-could this be a client issue ( if so why is the admin site working fine for them and not the website that is on the load balancer)
-could this be a programming error
-could this be a oracle error.

Please help.

Without any other information it's hard to tell. If it's the same users complaining about slowness issues then my guess is that it has to do with the client and not your server. If it is just random people complaining and not the same people then it probably is something with your server, in which case it could be anything from a db problem to a scripting problem, or both! Investigate further and see if you can find any pattern to the slowness.

oh, and Welcome to WebmasterWorld! :)
