How to Select NON-UNIQUE records

Using the Distinct command you can select unique records, what if I want to retrieve all non unique?

you can use group by, like
SELECT department, COUNT(*) as "Number of employees"
FROM employees GROUP BY department;

In this if count value is greater than 1 (one) that mean its is non unique.
