I have an SQL table with roughly 25 columns of various data. I am looking for a software package which can pull in the data and produce reports and graphs. I want it to be able to create custom reports based on parameters in the data.

These need to be displayed on the webpage. Preferably with a template feature so I can customize the layout.

Any suggestions on packages?
