A NYC judge has ruled in favor of fair use of copyrighted material in youtube videos.

The fair use of copyrighted video content has been upheld in an important legal battle in America between two YouTubers.

The Fair Use affirmative defense prevailed in court. Most creators of "reaction vids" will view this as a victory. The case reaffirms Fair Use under US copyright law. The ruling also defines what would NOT be acceptable under Fair Use, thus contains some cautions as well.
