Hello again,
We had 40+ hard working people in team working 24/7.

Couple left, started own company hired enuff staff.. All of them out of industry and now striving for personal lives. not following CONTENT ETHICS...
Should we hire this kind of staff back.

We have soo many domains to start with (were our competitors screwed us and outranked cause of money/political power.)

Should you hire back a Senior resigned Content Developer again ?

Re-hire only if they are correct employee for your business, and if they will agree to your employee contract terms. Correct being good at their job and fit the profile you require for the job.

Sometimes it's best to start afresh with a new team and train them up.
