How Is It that Content Farms Still Rank

There is a Russian content farm that grabs all the RSS feeds from my site and posts the same summary automatically with a link back. Yet, they rank above me in DDG, below me in Google but still appear systematically.

How is it that in 2016 this is still a problem? Why haven't Google and other search engines cleaned up their acts yet?

P.S. I cannot seem to block them.

One way to stop it is turn off your RSS. :)

They will leave a no-follow link to your site; however the most important point here is your Google rank is better than your competitor. Do not take care much of DDG!
