Strange redirect links / copyright violation

I ran a search for the title of my self published book today and there seems to be a significant number of results in the search that are listed as different sites but when I click on them, redirect to a file sharing site that has pirated copies of my book on it. I submitted a report to Google already, but I've never seen these before. Has anyone else come across these? Are the webmasters of said sites to blame as well?

Thanks

Also, if anyone has any ideas on how to find out a Russian site's email contact / provider, I'd appreciate that too. The book is also on a very dodgy looking ebook rip off site. I doubt the people who run it will care that I'm a small business losing out, but it's worth a go.

Even a free lookup should give you this information, though I really hope you're not going to this extra trouble for anything other than personal entertainment.

Some domain-name registrars are more persnickety about others when it comes to bogus contact information, so check that too. Is it a dot ru or a dot something-else? If it's, well, any tropical island, forget about it.
