A website is copying my client's site. I had Google and Bing remove the pages from their indices, but the site is still there and I would like get it taken down.

There is no DMCA Agent listed on the ISP's website, so I sent a formal DMCA removal letter to the general mailing address. No response or action, so I sent a letter to the managing member of the LLC that owns the ISP.

Again, no response and no site removal. I am in the US and so is this ISP. The federal government has a list of ISP DMCA agents on [copyright.gov...] but this ISP is not listed.

Any ideas? I really don't want to involve a lawyer, and all a lawyer would do at first would be to write a letter just like I did, only maybe on law firm stationery.
