Hello,

We are looking for Designated DMCA Agent or a Lawyer, I have few question if my mind if you can help me on this that would be really good to take your service.

1. What does a agent or a lawyer do on DMCA?
2. Kind of role they play in DMCA ?
3. We recieved a google penalty, because of Copied right Infrigement, How you can help us to remove the same.
4. Their Fees or Charges for the same.

Rockzer, I think a search on any engine will give you the basics. It's something like giving a third party power-of-attorney to act in your behalf in copyright matters. If I was going to go down this road, I would choose an actual lawyer, one who focuses on DMCA and Internet Law. And I would expect to pay lawyer-style fees (e.g. big).

If any of your candidates claims to be able to remove a google penalty single-handed, they're lying in their teeth. They may or may not be able to deal with potentially infringing content on your site. Do not withhold information from your attorney. ("Sure, I've heard the song 'He's So Fine'. But how was I to know it makes a difference?") It makes them very cross, and interferes with their ability to do their job.
