My first DMCA request to Blogspot

Every few days, I go through referrals to see what kind of pages are linking to my sites. Today, I found a Blogspot blog which had images, text, reviews and other data from my newest site.

I did some digging around and found that the person most likely responsible for all of this theft has spent hours per day scouring my site over the past 2 weeks to repost on the Blogspot account. They even attempt to blur my watermarks on images, yet leave author names in tact for some reason. Yesterday, they spent almost 4 hours reading 79 pages and reproducing 6 full articles along with images on their Google-powered blog.

I have now submitted a DMCA takedown notice to both Blogspot and AdSense. I suspect with the continued growing popularity of this site, I will have to deal with the Blogspot and AdSense legal departments more often.

In this case, since 90%+ of all content on the blog is mine, can I request a swift takedown of all of my content in one go?

Update: I ended up faxing a new request including all infringing URLs to their legal department in Mountain View.

URL f was indeed removed, so I don't understand the next bit. I suspect whoever replied was lazy and hit the wrong form letter.

There is now new scraped content on the "blog", but none of it is mine.

How long did it take to get the reply from Google?

I have filed many DMCA requests to Google, including about Blogspot. They have taken anywhere from a couple of hours to 3 days to respond.
