To translate the site, simply stick the URL into translate.google.com

This is another Mark Scanner service. The WORST kind, because they will crawl and load all your images to play private detectives for their paid customers checking if a site by chance have stolen anything.

I block known mark- and info scanners. Nothing wrong with being a private investigator for money, but these kind of services make their money by sucking out other sites paid for network bandwidth and server time. Often at very abusive speeds. Allowing them in is like opening your door at home 24x7 and inviting all private investigators to freely roam your closets and drawers checking for counterfeit or stolen items.

Know, that most of these services both live in hiding and uses all kinds of forged user-agents to circumvent blocking. They generally ignore robots.txt. Some of them even try to break through site protections to look behind the curtains on paths they cannot reach otherwise. I guess thats the nature of "investigating".
If this one actually give you a real, named user-agent string to block, that is very unusual. Expect to see other agents from the same IPs.

Mark Monitor, for example have at least one "shell" company in a different state running part of their robots to hide under IP ranges not listed as owned by them. To connect the dots, at times one have to track through company registration records and physical addresses, to find out by the personnel names listed that they are actually connected.
