Among the provisions in the bill is action whereby the SITE is taken down (not the offending page) for use of any copyrighted text, image, film or audio.

I'm interested how webmasters feel about this bill. We already know the web giants are against it, probably because it would create an accounting nightmare.

However, as a webmaster, I kind of like the fact that my content is going to be protected from scrapers. But, what if one of my websites has an obscure image from ten years ago that I cannot find a license for ... will my website be shut down? If so, what will the re-inclusion process be?

With an auto-generating email complaints script, a few dozen people could have half of the web taken down by the end of the day.
