Is [lmgtfy.com...] officially recognised or prohibited by Google?
It seems using some logo from google... I like to do some website in the same concepts and like to be sure if this can not be restricted.

That won't last long once Google gets wind of it not to mention Microsoft seeing the link for the fly-by-night downloadable software. You've got to be somewhat off in the head to consider using Google's trademark to sell something without their authorization. Take a wild guess if you think Google endorsed this.

Look at the page. It has a link to a site selling MS Office 2010 at questionable prices.
