Creative Common License (Non-commercial) = Ads free?

hi, i've found an useful photo which is shared under Creative Common License (Non commercial).

My website isn't that "commercial" ..well, it's actually a blog-like stuff, but it has a google ad.

Does non-commercial mean Ad-free?

Before the new license is launched, i think i better keep away from the material published under Creative Commons - NC.
