Welcome WebGurl! How many pages is the site? There are limits to production with PDF.

145 pages - could do it in stages if it is possible yea? I just don't want to have to pdf 145 pages - there must be an easier way!

Google is epic for answers - but no I can't find a way to do the whole website.

Can do page by page which is kinda what I am avoiding.. mad time waste. Someone somewhere would have needed to do this before there must be a program!

Does it have to be saved in PDF form? A total site backup can be scheduled from the Control Panel and used. It comes as a compressed file and can pretty much be stored on most USB flash drives.File can also be stored online and downloaded when needed.

Convert Website into PDF [bizzntech.com] This says Adobe's Acrobat will do an entire site conversion:

A menu opens asking you to enter the url. If you choose ‘get entire site’, you can download the whole site. It will take a lot of time though. It is also advisable to check the options ‘stay on the same path’ and ‘stay on the same server’ so that you will not end up downloading unwanted pages.

Downloaded Trial Version of Adobe Acrobat as suggested, pulled entire website into one pdf - a hell of a big one too!

A big thanks Major_Payne! I just tried it out on a fairly large site (~200 pages) that I am developing which the client wanted a hard copy of.

Apart from some some minor formatting issues (Acrobat converted HTML forms into forms embedded in the PDF) it worked really well.
