I noticed on Google's dmca page they mention only snail mail and fax. I thought in 2010, we'd be able to e-mail dmca notices by now. :-(

There are, in many locations, a requirement of fax or mail for the "killer punch" regarding DCMA hello. The fact that giggle requires that makes it easier on them---as most folks who need to do this can't do it via fax or snail mail. Just an observation. Giggle doesn't have to respond quickly and the attrition of time (yours) is to their benefit. Times several thousands per hour/day/week. And they have (in the USA) 72 hours to respond... and all that other fun stuff. But do not give up on it if you need to. They will comply. Eventually.

on my sites, I do have the DMCA text, but I have also added that a email is fully ok - also I dont need all kind of prof content to remove a image if I can see the logic, its gone within a hour.
